The National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP) for England and Wales aims to improve the quality of care, services, and clinical outcomes for people with respiratory disease (including Asthma and COPD). The data is collected accross a number of workstreams including asthma, COPD, primary care and pulmonary rehabilitation.

In order that the collected data is used to provide the maximum benefit to the health service and patients, the NRAP team are open to requests to use the data within the audit for research purposes. The link to the NRAP data request page is here.

The NRAP team have also provided a guide to requesting access and a scoping form for requesting data

Previous NRAP reports contain useful information and recommendations for those interested in respiratory care and research.
